Reference of “no criminal records”
Citizens of the Republic of Belarus and foreign citizens have the opportunity to obtain reference of no criminal records (police clearance) with the help of diplomatic missions or consular posts of the Republic of Belarus.
Information is provided to the Embassy after getting written consent of the applicant or authorized representative acting on the basis of the original power of attorney.
To obtain reference of no criminal records the applicant or authorized representative personally submits to the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Indonesia:
- signed application form
- passport copy
- consular fee payment confirmation (35 EUR)
Reference is issued in the Belarusian or Russian language within two working days after getting information from the relevant authorities of the Republic of Belarus. It is possible to issue the reference in English language on the basis of applicant's request.

If you provide relevant information to the competent authorities of the Philippines, Australia or New Zealand it is appropriate to get reference of no criminal records in Belarus due to the necessity of affixing apostille.
