19 August 2011 – Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Indonesia was established

14 February 2012 – Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia presented credentials to the President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono

19 February 2012 – Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Indonesia moved to a separate office at Jl. Patra Kuningan VII, no.3, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan 12950

19 March 2012 – Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia presented credentials to the Supreme Ruler of Malaysia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Di-Pertuan Agong XIV Almu’Tasimu Billahi Muhibbuddin Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Mu’Adzam Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah

18 April 2012 – Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia presented credentials to the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia Quentin Bryce

31 May 2012 –   Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia presented credentials to the President of the Republic of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam

11 June 2012 – official inauguration of the Embassy took place by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Martynov

10 January 2013 – Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia presented credentials to the President of the Republic of the Philippines Benigno Aquino III

25 October 2013 – Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia presented credentials to the Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Mr. Le Luong Minh.
