About the meeting of the Ambassador with Retno Marsudi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia

On July 20, 2017 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia Vladimir Lopato-Zagorsky met with Retno Marsudi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. 

The Minister noted that Belarus is a key partner of Indonesia among the EAEU countries in several areas, including in trade and economic sphere. The Indonesian side is interested in signing an agreement on establishing a free trade zone with the EAEU.

Organization of high level visits, the development of military and technical cooperation and coordination at international organizations was touched upon.

Given coming conclusion of Belarus Ambassador’s tenure in Jakarta Minister Retno Masudi expressed her appreciation of Vladimir Lopato-Zagorsky’s contribution to the advancement of Belarusian-Indonesian relations.
