Belarus tractors presented at the Indonesian Center for Agricultural Engineering Research and Development
11.07.2019On July 8, 2019 on the initiative of the Embassy of Belarus in Indonesia a presentation of Belarus tractors of the Minsk Tractor Works was held at the Indonesian Center for Agricultural Engineering Research and Development.
During the meeting the state and prospects of cooperation in the field of agriculture based on the Memorandum of Understanding of the relevant ministries of the two countries were discussed.
Top management and experts of the Indonesian company PT Belarus Traktor Indonesia which is the official dealer of the Belarusian holding presented in detail the range of the proposed tractors, comparative advantages of the Belarusian machinery based on the results of operation in difficult conditions of Indonesia.
The Indonesian representatives were especially interested in model Belarus-451 for rice-growing which is being launched by the Minsk Tractor Works in the current year to be promoted to the markets of South-East Asia.
Agreements on promoting the use of Belarusian machinery in Indonesian agriculture development projects as well as on the possible participation of Indonesian experts in the Seventh Session of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Indonesian Joint Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation scheduled for Belarus have been reached.
