About the transfer of the facsimile edition of the book heritage of Francysk Skaryna to the National Library of Indonesia

On June 26, 2018 Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia Valery Kolesnik met with the Head of the National Library of Indonesia Muhammad Syarif Bando. During the meeting a 21-volume facsimile edition of books by Francysk Skaryna was transferred to the Indonesian side.



A short film «Francysk Skaryna. A Man of the World» by V.Babaryka and A.Lukashevich created with the support of the JSC Belgazprombank was shown for the Indonesian side.




As a result of the meeting the sides agreed to work on the establishment of cooperation between the national libraries of the two countries.
