Visit to Semarang (Central Java)

On April 1-2, 2021, the Embassy visited Semarang, the capital of Central Java.

During the visit, Ambassador V.Kolesnik had a working meeting with Semarang Deputy Mayor Ms.Hevearita G. Rahayu, M Sos. The Indonesian side expressed interest in developing trade and economic ties, investment cooperation, interregional interaction with Belarus.

Within the framework of a business event arranged in Semarang Chamber of Commerce and Industry on April 1st, business contacts were established with CCI and its members. Export potential of Belarus and Central Java, targeted promotion of promising goods were the key points of the meeting.

Bilateral cooperation with Belarus regional chambers in business visits exchange, matchmaking assistance and the growth of mutual trade discussed with Mr. Arnaz A. Andrarasmara, the Chairman of Semarang Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
