How to pay consular fee

All consular fees are paid by bank transfer. No electronic payments or credit cards are accepted.

For Indonesia based applicants it is suggested to use Mandiri Bank branches where one can deposit the amount required into the Embassy’s bank account.

 

For outside Indonesia applicants it is suggested that money transfer is made through the banks having direct correspondence with Indonesian Mandiri Bank. While making the money transfer one must make sure that all the additional bank fees for international remittance are not charged from the sum being transferred and must be borne additionally by the applicant.

 

The name of the applicant and the purpose of the consular fee should be clearly indicated in the relevant section of the bank transfer order form so that the Embassy could trace and identify the payment.

 

The payment of the consular fee should be done in advance.
