Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Maxim Ryzhenkov meets with Minister for Foreign Affairs of Indonesia Sugiono

On 30 June 2026, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Maxim Ryzhenkov met with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Sugiono in Jakarta.

The two ministers discussed the progress made in implementing the agreements reached during the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus to Indonesia in August 2025, noted the significant intensification of Belarus − Indonesia contacts at the present stage.

The parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues relating to Belarus − Indonesia cooperation in the political, trade and economic, investment, humanitarian and other spheres, as well as on topics on the regional and global agenda.

The interlocutors paid particular attention to cooperation within international organizations and reached an agreement on strengthening coordination of actions on the international stage.

The parties considered the initiative of drafting the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the XXI Century. The Indonesian side noted that this initiative is in line with its own approaches to global processes.

The interlocutors discussed the schedule for forthcoming contacts and joint events aimed at maintaining political dialogue and intensifying economic cooperation.
