Indonesian delegation headed by Vice-Speaker of the House of Representatives of Indonesia Mr.Rachmat Gobel visited Belarus

On October 21-24, 2021 an Indonesian delegation headed by the Vice-Speaker of the House of Representatives of Indonesia Mr.Raсhmat Gobel paid a working visit to Belarus. The delegation also included Indonesian parliamentarians and businesses, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia.

Within the framework of the visit, the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Mr.Vladimir Andreichenko, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of Belarus Mr.Ivan Krupko, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Mr.Mikalai Barysevich, as well as the leadership of the Ministry of Industry met with the Vice-Speaker of the Indonesian Parliament.

During the meetings, the sides discussed the state and prospects of the Belarusian-Indonesian interparliamentary, trade, economic and investment partnership, as well as the potential for cooperation in industry and agriculture. The parties expressed their commitment to expanding interaction on all the mentioned tracks.

During the visit, the Indonesian delegation got acquainted with the Belarusian industrial potential, visited the Belarusian automotive enterprises (Minsk Tractor Works, BelAZ), as well as the process of potassium mining in the mines of Soligorsk.
