About Embassy visit to West Nusa Tenggara province

On November 18-19, 2021 the Embassy paid a working visit to the West Nusa Tenggara province.

On November 18, Ambassador V. Kolesnik paid a courtesy call to H.E. Governor Dr. H. Zulkieflimansyah. The parties discussed ways of developing cooperation in the field of trade and educational exchange. The Governor showed interest in the Belarusian agricultural machinery in terms of investment cooperation and in students exchange programs from West Nusa Tenggara province to the universities of the Republic of Belarus.
 

On November 18, within the framework of the business event «West Nusa Tenggara – Belarus», organized by the WNT Chamber of Commerce and Industry, business contacts with the leadership of the Chamber, representatives of the region's business community were established. On the sidelines of the event the presentation of the economic and investment potential of the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian export targeted promotion were carried out, Q&A session in the G2B format and press conference were conducted.

The issues of bilateral cooperation with Belarus regional Chambers, promotion of MTZ tractors to the region were discussed with the chairman of the CCI of West Nusa Tenggara province H.Faurani; the possibilities of WNT province tourism presentation in Belarus discussed with the head of the regional branch of the Association of Indonesian Travel Agencies ASITA.
 

On November 19, the Ambassador and Counselor of the Belarus Embassy took part in the opening ceremony of the multidisciplinary exhibition NTB EXPO 2021, attended by over 120 exhibitors. On the sidelines of the EXPO, working meetings were held with Mr. H. Rahman, deputy Minister of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Indonesia, representatives of the regional government and business community.
